Women often encounter menstrual cramps, but if the reason behind it is not found and taken care of in a timely fashion it’s likely to bring about uterine myoma, adenomyosis.

ARISONA HEALTH OF USA INC.  Dr. Huang Shih-pin, of the Nantou Hospital Clinical Naturopathic Medicine R & D Team of Physicians, indicates that…

…medical research shows that when menstrual cramps occur after ovulation, aconsiderable increase in bonding occurs in phospholipid structures in cell membranes, most of which is ω-6 type fatty acid. Before menstruation occurs, a significant drop in the thickness of progesterone causes the release of ω-6 type fatty acid in which arachidonic acid in particular can be metabolized into precursors of prostaglandins  (PG) and leukotrienes (LT), which lead to a series of inflammatory reactions, then trigger contractions of the uterine blood vessels and  endometrium, resulting in ischemia and pain.

As menstruation approaches, a significant drop of progesterone level causes cell membranes to release ω-6 type fatty acid, in which arachidonic acid in particular can be metabolized into precursors of prostaglandins (PG) and leukotrienes (LT). These precursors lead to a series of inflammatory reactions, which then trigger contractions of the uterus blood vessels and endometrium, resulting in ischemia and pain.

Women often encounter menstrual cramps, and people don’t often pay much attention.  If the condition lasts a long time, or if it becomes worse, then a hospital check-up is recommended to find the cause and get it treated in a timely fashion so as to avoid bringing about other illnesses.

In discussing menstrual cramps from the standpoint of clinical naturopathic medicine, irregular eating and living habits during menstrual periods causes enormous harm to the body. Frequent eating cold foods and imbibing cold drinks, and turning on the air conditioner in the summer induces the entry of wind, dampness, and cold into the body, giving rise to blood stasis and retardation of vital energy, leading to dysfunction of the uterus or ovary, causing partial flaking of the endometrium, contributing to endomysium and the rupture and contraction of spiral-shaped capillaries, resulting in a painful  uterus. Even worse, blood stasis and retardation of vital energy causes clinical symptoms such as blood clots, irregular menstruation, lumbago, headaches, or emotional disorder.

The team of physicians suggests that suitable use of structured peptides extracted from natural herbal plants can help keep the uterus warm, improve menstruation, effectively reduce menstrual pain, regulate endocrine, metabolism, and hormonal imbalance syndrome. These peptides are also effective in long-term prevention of the onset of uterine myoma and adenomyosis.

Structured peptides and amino acids are obtained by extraction from a selection of plants including  Rosehip, Paeonia, Almond, Angelica sinensis, Cinnamon,Ginger, Saffron, Rhizoma corydalis, Agastache rugosa, and Peony tree bark.
